SESSIONS

You can book to see me either in person in Hackney, E8 or online.

Our first session will involve us getting to know each other, I will be asking more questions than I would normally in order to find out about you and what brings you to counselling.

At the end of the first session, you can book to see me regularly or go away to have a think about it. If you would like to continue, I ask you to commit to an initial 5 sessions (6 in total). After these we can decide whether we want to work together in an open-ended arrangement or for a further specific number of sessions.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, weekly, on the same day, at the same time. I will try to arrange a day and time for our first session that I am able to offer to you regularly after that.

The fee is £65 per session, and this includes the initial session.

Location

I practice in person from Hackney, E8 and also offer online sessions.

“It is hard to put into words how much working with Jude has supported my personal growth, sense of a confident self and ability to make the changes in my life that once felt completely impossible. Jude approaches working with you with much compassion and detail, and it feels as though you are not alone in working through the issues you are facing, as she is working them through with you. She doesn't try and fix problems with a one size fits all attitude, but instead really listens and intuits what might be helpful for you in any given moment; be it in crisis or when fine tuning new tools and attitudes. I feel that Jude makes a huge effort to keep learning as she is working with you, and I really get a great deal out of her alignment with assessing how feelings may be embodied. For me this has been really important in connecting back to myself after many things in life that have pulled me away. I think especially given the circumstances of the last few years in particular, combined with reaching a real breaking point that I couldn't navigate alone, I can't imagine how I would be living the life I am now without having worked with Jude." - S
